Before you mail or E-mail your entry, here are some tips to help your submission shine:

• Explain your budget idea in detail. We want to share your full story!
• Include tips for shortcuts that save time and labor.
• If appropriate, don't forget to send a plan—a simple sketch showing key planting areas or container combinations will do the trick.
• Good color photos are a must.
• Remember to include all of your contact information with your entry.
• Finally, include a photo of yourself in a pretty backyard setting, if possible.
